    C. Full agreement. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the customer and ZVRS and replaces all agreements, agreements, declarations or proposals and prior assurances, written orally, concerning product Z™. No written or oral statement, advertisement or specifications that are not expressly included in the agreement may oppose, explain or add to it. Neither the customer nor ZVRS relys on the assurances or statements of the other party or any other person that are not included in this Agreement. E. The customer undertakes not to use product Z™ for abusive, pornographic, indecent, obscene, inconvenient, fraudulent or illegal purposes and not to use product Z™ in a manner that affects ZVRS` ability to provide VRS products or services to customers or other customers. ZVRS has the right to terminate, suspend, restrict or immediately cancel the customer`s use of product Z™ without notice if ZVRS is informed that the Customer is violating or may violate the prohibitions of this Agreement. ZVRS reserves the right to investigate any abusive, pornographic, indecent, obscene, inconvenient, fraudulent, fraudulent or illegal use or access to this product Z™ or violation of this agreement, and to demand reimbursement and any damage resulting from such abuse or any resulting damage.     Stolen, Damaged or Defective Product. If the Z™ product has been stolen or damaged, handled or not working properly, the customer agrees to immediately send us an email to help@zvrs.com or, if possible, to contact our service agents via the Z™ product. ZVRS reserves the right to review the costs of repairing or replacing a damaged or stolen Z™ product. ZVRS does not charge the customer for repairs that the manufacturer has made for us as part of a manufacturer warranty. The customer also accepts that, as long as ZVRS is the standard telephone provider for the (s) phone number (s) assigned to the Z™ product, only ZVRS can maintain or repair the Z™ product and that the customer does not authorize anyone other than ZVRS, including, but not limited to other VRS suppliers, to attempt to repair or maintain the Z™ product. This section 6 of the agreement also applies after the end of the contract. This contract is valid from the date the Z™ product is delivered to the customer and/or the date the customer uses the Z™ first, regardless of the date of the first product. By using the Z™ the customer expressly guarantees and assures that the customer has the power and right to enter into this contract and accepts all the conditions contained in it. In the event that the customer does not accept all the conditions contained here, the customer must immediately return the Z™ product to ZVRS at the customer`s expense. L. Come back.     Once the customer has received the return information from ZVRS, the customer must return the Z™ product at the customer`s expense within forty-five (45) days after the selection of another standard supplier. The customer should take all reasonable precautions to ensure that the Z™ product is safely packaged to ensure that it remains safe from damage during shipping.
